Curators Tour
There’s a Curators Tour, led by David Gilbert, of the Contemporary Visual Arts programme on Sunday 18 September at 10am, starting in the Parish Rooms, Wirkswoth. And I’ll be there to say something about Drift.

Artists Film & Video Salon
Also Cabinet (2006, LAFVA) is screening as part of the Artists Film & Video Salon that evening. The program starts at 6pm in Wirksworth Town Hall.

Drift

I’m showing work in the Wirksworth Festival 2011.

DRIFT
MDF, Plinth, Lettering, Card, Brick, Booklet.

Drift proposes a re-siting of South London’s iconic Battersea Power Station into the centre of the conservation area in the Derbyshire town of Wirksworth – thus obliterating much of the conservation area with a building that itself has been left to decay.
